  Got there. Food was not even close to being ready. We had to ask for utensils. We were not served beverages. The vinegar was definitely watered down. The mustard appeared old. My friend waved down the waitress (never once was asking how our meal was) to tell her that the meal she ordered was supposed to come with salad and no fries (it had come with both). The waitress said it's okay, it will be the same price.

  As a waitress, myself, I know to ask the table how their meal is and if I can get them anything else. I also make sure their water glasses are full and fill any refills they need. We were not given glasses of any kind...

  Went for lunch one day with my friend. We had ordered our meal hours ahead to be ready for a certain time. When we called, we confirmed the price of the special and that my friend wanted a salad instead of fries.

  She asked the manager to come help. He said "I'm sorry. I don't know what to do about that" and went back to the kitchen. I'm sorry, but you are the manager. It is your JOB to know what to do about that.

  Might cave and try one more time but will try for 4 hours before closing in case the want to close at 6 that night. But on the bright side Houston pizza got our money instead and we got a very delicious meal.

  Great food. Loved the freshly cut fries. Tried the special "Mad" burger, it was spicy and taste really good.

  When we got to the till to pay, my friend's meal was NOT the same price. It was $5 more. When she attempted to explain how she was told on the phone the price was $10.75 and that the waitress had said the salad was included in the price, the waitress reacted very poorly. She was clearly angry.

  Delicious fish and chips! Very busy place in the summer. Only one server, so service took a while. Overall food was good and environment is chill!

  Drove an hour and a half to have what I was told awesome fish and chips. Also called ahead to see what time they were open until 8pm was told , got there at 7:23 pm and door was shut and closed sign on window.
