  This rating is based on a few visits - not just one. Generally speaking they are known to do good work. However, I find you need to keep them accountable. As in, before you pay them, test drive your car with them present in it and only pay them if you are happy with their work.

  They didn't entertain a refund, nor did they seek to make it right in anyway. I took me vehicle in to another shop the next day where the issue got promptly fixed. Something I wish Solvey's would have offered to do in the first place.

  Ensure you verify they fixed your vehicle before you pay them.

  The last visit, I explained what the issue was in detail, I answered their questions. They called to tell me they fixed the vehicle a few hours later. After I paid them and drove away It was very obvious they did not fix the vehicle as the symptoms persisted.

  I called to let them know this and their answer was "We charged for the service and 'our guys though we nailed it' and that it was good to go".
